Kyle Kuzma is a second year star in the NBA with the LA Lakers. Born on July 24th 1995, he is only 23 years old and a key player for the Lakers. He averages 6.1 rebounds per game, 18.8 points per game, and shooting 73 percent from the free throw line.

The Lakers gained Lebron James from the Cleveland Cavaliers last year, which helped the Lakers immensely, but Lebron has been out for since Christmas, and just announced that he will be out another 3 games.

Kuzma has been able to step up his game, and uplift his team. He scored 41 points against the pistons, 11 points and 8 rebounds against the Jazz, and 29 points and 9 rebounds against the Cavaliers.

Even though Kuzma has been able to help the team over this stretch, the Lakers are still 3-6 without Lebron, proving how much of an asset Lebron is to the team.

Kyle Kuzma grew up in Flint Michigan, where he attended Bentley High school. He was a 4 star recruit coming out of high school, and received multiple scholarship offers from colleges. Such as Utah, Iowa state, Oklahoma state, Tennessee, Penn State, Connecticut, and others. He signed for the University of Utah on 8/30/13.

He came to Utah as a freshman, and immediately had an impact on the team. His first year he was a major bench player, and provided much needed support at the small forward position.

He has quickly become a star in the NBA, and the sky’s the limit for his talents.
