Mouth watering brownie recipe

We all know that the brownie dish is always the first to go at parties and family gatherings. So as soon as we can all get together and party, why shouldn’t you be the one to bring the crown-winning desert? This recipe my family always serves is easy to make with only four simple steps. Here’s what you’ll need:

Brownie:

½ cup butter

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

â…“ cup cocoa powder

½ cup all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon baking powder

Frosting:

3 tablespoons butter, softened

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your pan.

Melt butter in a large saucepan before removing from heat. Stir in sugar and eggs. Beat in the cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Once blended and smooth, spread into the prepared pan.

Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

While in the oven, make the frosting! Mix together the butter, cocoa powder, and confectioners’ sugar and stir until smooth. Frost the brownies a few minutes after they come out of the oven while they are still warm.
