Fridays are for football. As Hillcrest rolls into a new year, our football season is in full swing. Hillcrest High School is known for being full of spirit when it comes to our football games. Whether its a home game or an away game students come to represent and show our Hillcrest Pride.

Our most recent game was against Granger High School. The final score was 57-24 for Granger. Our theme was a Hawaiian out and we definitely showed some spirit. While we may not have won, Hillcrest still put up a fair fight.

“This game was really a fun one because even though we didn’t win you could definitely tell our student section was full of pride,” said Tabby Barnhart a junior at Hillcrest High School.

Hillcrest students love football games, and they definitely show it. Although they didn’t love the outcome of the game, they definitely were proud of their school. Win or lose huskies are always proud and are always their to show some pride.
